The repro SLS (Semroc-Large-Scale) Scorpion is updated with precision laser cut
basswood fins instead of the hard balsa pre printed fins used on the original. the
original silk parachute is replaced with a nylon chute. The Sil-Ray cloth fin
reinforcement is replaced by a slotted tube and through the wall fins (TTW). The
original Scorpion had a wire shock cord mount which is replaced with a Kevlar
cord for greater reliability. A 24mm motor mount adapter is included to increase
the selection of engines that can be used.
