GREAT DESIGNS: Some models are based on Award-Winning Classic Odd-Ball designs. Many models haven't been available in a kit form for many years. Our original designs are just that - ORIGINAL. The original kits are designed by a National Design Contest Winner. We try to incorporate new ideas and construction methods in each kit. QUALITY PARTS: We use ST style tubing. In the smaller diameter body tubes, the ST tubing has a slightly thicker body wall. ST tubing is less likely to crimp and buckle than the BT style tubing. ST tubing has the easy finish, White Glassine outer coating. Our newest kit, the CYCLONE uses BT style tubes. This is to make the model slightly lighter and the recovery performance even better! Balsa parts are Laser Cut. We use Kevlar* and Elastic (not a rubber band) Shock Cord combinations. GREAT INSTRUCTIONS: "What really makes the kit good is the quality of the instructions. These were the best instruction I have ever seen out of the hundred or so kits I have built. Every step is clearly explained, with detailed diagrams so there is not a chance of making a mistake. Building techniques are built in and explained, such as "double glue" method. As well as finishing techniques, such as getting the consistency right for the filler and how to to spray paint a rocket." |
