The D-Nelson Tomahawk is a stylish
sport model and sister ship to the
Praetor model rocket kit.

What's the relationship?   Both the
D-Nelson Tomahawk and the Praetor
are commemorative kits designed by
Jim Flis for the Pearl River MOD-Roc
conventions held in Pearl River, NY.

This particular design, over 10 years in
retirement, commemorates the last of
the Pearl River conventions and bears
the name of the founder and host,
Richard (Dick) Nelson.

Featuring forward swept fins sitting
atop rakish tube fins with matching and
contrasting edges, the D-Nelson
Tomahawk also implements
pass-through ejection

into the larger forward tube allowing for
easy flight prep and parachute packing.
